Utica Summer Fest - What to Know before you Go...

Utica Summer Fest is an all ages event.  We ask that everyone come & enjoy themselves with respect for each other and consider the safety of all.  UPD & Private Security will be on site.

 

Food & beverages will be available on site. None may be brought in.

 

Adult beverages will be available in the Wine & Beer Garden.  You must have legal NYS ID ONLY to be served.

 

The Event Co and pourers of adult beverages reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone who in their discretion could pose an over consumption risk to personal or public safety.

 

We love pets, too, but other than guide dogs, none, can be admitted to the Utica Summer Fest site.  You WILL be asked to take your dog out of the festival, so DO NOT come with "Butch the Yorkie" or "Fifi the Pit Bull".

 

Coolers and backpacks are not permitted within the Utica Summer Fest site.

 

No weapon of any kind is permitted on site.

 

With the exception of roads closed for the festival, on street parking is available under the standard City of Utica parking ordinances.  

 

Garage and open lot parking is available in City lots under the terms specified by each facility.  

 

No drones are permitted on or above the site

 

No seating can be brought on site unless required by a medical condition.

Attendees may appear in photographs or videos used for news coverage or promotional purposes.
